Decolonising education. An exploration in Bolivian–German relations

Abstract In this article I aim to contribute a more multifaceted picture of what decolonising education can mean. do in the form case study selected and intertwined Bolivian–German discourses practices directed at decolonisation wide sense term. First, introduce Indigenist ‘Indianist’ proposals, which are shaped, not least, by Nietzschean ideas. second step, turn some examples German ‘Bildungsromane’ that deeply entangled with Bolivian phenomena. Hence, first part is about formerly colonised via education, whereas revolves around former colonisers, but without possibility for or wish identify completely clear-cut boundaries. It will thus become clearer how be understood as relational phenomenon.
